||Cool Tips For Your Exams!!!

*Try not to keep yourself awake the previous night.Get sufficient 6 to 8 hours of sleep.
*Go through the morning routine of bathing,dressing up and have a good breakfast.Don't skip any of your usual activities.
*Never postpone breakfast,lunch or dinner just because you are deeply involved in studies.Take food and breaks at the right time,have the right quantity of food,avoid junk food and try to supplement the regular diet with foods like milk&fruit juices or health food drinks like Horlicks,Tang e.t.c.
*Try to meditate or pray before going for your exams.
*Check for all your belongings,pens,ID e.t.c.
*Reach the venue well in advance.Don't try to keep reading and memorising lessons in the last minute.Enjoy the fresh air and view.
*On reaching the exam site,run through a quick revision of the main topics or the mind map.Don't get into detail studying.
*A chance remark from a classmate about some likely question or portion may send you into panic.Try avoiding speaking to your friends about the exam.
*When you get the question paper,read it carefully and slowly and make out a time shedule.Attempt easy questions first,but see that you don't get carried away writing too long.
*Keep track of the time.Finish writing a few minutes before the final bell and run through what you have written.You may find a crucial point missing here and there,and you can add it.
*Come out of the examination hall,and do not discuss answers with your friends-particularly if you have other exams to go in the remaining days.Take a short break;get some fresh air or entertainment and then get down to studying for the next subject.
